eSIM Installation Guide

Setup your global connection effortlessly. We recommend installing your eSIM the day before you travel.

Automatic Installation (QR Code)

1 Go to Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM
2 Scan the QR Code from your email
3 Tap Continue and label it as "Travel"
4 Set your Primary line for Calls, and Travel eSIM for Data

Samsung Galaxy Setup

1 Go to Settings > Connections
2 Tap SIM Manager > Add eSIM
3 Scan the QR Code from your email
4 When prompted, tap Add to confirm the profile

Pixel & Other Androids

1 Go to Settings > Network & Internet
2 Tap SIMs (+) > Download a SIM instead?
3 Scan QR Code and select Download

Activate Your Data

1. Switch Data Line

Go to settings and select your Travel eSIM as the primary source for Mobile Data.

2. Turn ON Roaming

CRITICAL: Enable "Data Roaming" on the eSIM line. You will not be charged by your home provider.

No Internet? Check APN Settings (Manual Setup)

If you have bars but no data, you might need to set the APN manually:

  • iOS: Cellular > Select eSIM > Cellular Data Network > Type the APN name from your email.
  • Android: Access Point Names > Add New > Enter APN name.
⚠️ Important Reminders:
  • Never delete the eSIM profile once installed. It's a one-time use code.
  • If installation fails, check if your phone is Carrier Locked.
  • Wait 2-5 minutes for the network to find a signal after landing.
